The Firm’s Corporate department acts in the incorporation, structuring and restructuring of companies, including mergers, acquisitions and consolidation; elaboration of by-laws, charters, articles of incorporation, shareholders' agreements, shareholders’ meetings etc. The department also assists foreign companies interested in investing in Brazil, as well as Brazilian companies interested in investing abroad, including structuring of operations before Central Bank of Brazil, such as: loans, financing, investments, debt restructuring and all Central Bank’s regulations.
